Updated: My Eyes On Elephants

Unnatural causes: A backhoe is used to move a dead Sumatran elephant, which was allegedly poisoned by the owner of an oil palm plantation, at Krueng Ayon village, Sampoiniet district, Aceh Jaya regency, Aceh, on Tuesday. The number of rare Sumatran elephants continues to decline due to illegal logging, conflicts with humans and hunting, among other reasons. (Antara/Irwansyah Putra). Source: The Jakarta Post
